2015 College Football Recruits Who Deserve More Hype

While he is indeed ranked No. 39 in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, high-end 4-star receiver Christian Kirk should be making a huge fuss over where he is slotted on the board.

The Arizona native is a remarkable talent who is ready to help a college offense right now. He has the body of a running back at 5’11” and 197 pounds, but his explosive speed and sudden athleticism make him perhaps the most talented receiver in the nation.

Kirk is a game-changer who grades out as one of the better receivers and offensive recruits in recent memory. He has deceptive strength with the ball, plus he can return kicks and punts at an elite level. If anyone resembles Seattle Seahawks receiver Percy Harvin in this year’s class, it’s Kirk.

It would be a bit of a surprise if he did not sign with Texas A&M.

Kirk told the following to Bryan Matthews of AuburnSports.com (subscription required) on May 31: “I’ve told multiple people that I want to play in the SEC. I believe it’s one of the best, if not the best conference out there. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do, compete against the best.”
